About this notice

This notice applies to the asapps.eu website, operated by asapps, an independent developer based in Romania, in the European Union.

Each of our apps has its own privacy policy: Baby Cam Live and Mono Minimal Watch Face.

Website visits

This website is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The server records standard technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, date and time, and browser information, in access logs. We use these logs to operate the website and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after about two weeks.

These pages use no cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking, JavaScript or third-party resources.

Email

If you email us at contact@asapps.eu, we use your address and message only to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or to handle a privacy request, as the law requires (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Messages are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in a mailbox provided by Google (Gmail). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Payments

This website does not take payments. Purchases in our apps are handled by Google Play under Google's own terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts this website. Cloudflare, Inc. routes email sent to contact@asapps.eu, and Google (Gmail) stores that email. These providers process the data to provide their services, under their own terms and privacy policies: Hetzner, Cloudflare, Google.

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing. You can also complain to a data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP). Contact us using the address below to make a privacy request.

Changes to this notice

If we change how this website handles data, we will update this page and the date above.
